Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Graphic Design Web Development or a related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience in web design and development
- Strong knowledge of Section 508 standards and accessibility requirements for websites and applications
- Hands-on experience with HTML CSS JavaScript AngularJS ReactJS and NodeJS
- Experience in designing and maintaining public-facing web applications and portals
- Familiarity with XML Xpath and related supporting technologies
- Practical knowledge of API-driven architectures and integration with backend systems
- Experience in agile methodology test-driven development and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence

Day to day
- Design, develop, and maintain accessible websites and applications that comply with Section 508 standards.
- Collaborate with business owners and technical teams to design sprints and deliver user-focused web solutions.
- Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern frameworks such as AngularJS or ReactJS.
- Support and enhance public-facing applications like MeSH Browser and UTS while improving usability, branding, and accessibility.
- Provide technical leadership in modernization efforts and support prototyping, troubleshooting, documentation, and feature enhancements.
