Who you are

• 4+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar
• Web3 and dApp experience is a plus
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices
• Detail-oriented and highly organised
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership of projects
• Identify problems and formulate solutions independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with cross-functional teams
• Native/fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills

What the job involves

• Lead the design of user interfaces for our products
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers and other stakeholders
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively
• Create user personas, journey maps, and other artefacts to inform and guide the design process
• Advocate for user-centred design principles and best practices within the team and organisation
• Ensure the design is consistent with our brand guidelines and visual identity
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
