Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar
- Web3 and dApp experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership of projects
- Identify problems and formulate solutions independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with cross-functional teams
- Native/fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Day to day
- Lead the design of user interfaces for our products
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers and other stakeholders
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively
- Create user personas, journey maps, and other artefacts to inform and guide the design process
- Advocate for user-centred design principles and best practices within the team and organisation
- Ensure the design is consistent with our brand guidelines and visual identity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
