- Experience working directly with engineers and responsive implementation
- AI-first mindset with proven use of AI tools in design workflow
- Startup or high-growth environment experience

Day to day
- Own the end-to-end product user experience for a complex multi-audience platform
- Design intuitive journeys interaction patterns responsive layouts and component-level details that shape how users engage
- Prototype closely with engineers in AI-assisted workflows and translate design intent into shippable on-brand product experiences
