Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance
- Required Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years UX/UI or product design experience
- Experience designing modern web-based applications
- Ability to translate ambiguous operational requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Expertise with Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar tools
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners and Software Engineers
- Strong understanding of user-centered interaction visual and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Strong visual design skills and attention to usability clarity consistency and information hierarchy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Day to day
- Lead UX/UI design for next-generation software supporting U.S. Army modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Army stakeholders to define experience goals, standards, and mission-ready interfaces.
- Conduct research, usability testing, and iterative design to translate complex operational workflows into intuitive, efficient user experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and UX artifacts that support secure cloud-native and AI-enabled applications.
