Requirements
- 8+ years in UI/UX design for web and mobile
- Proven experience delivering user-centered digital products
- Strong experience in ecommerce and transactional UX
- Hands-on experience designing checkout payment and transaction flows
- Focus on conversion optimization error reduction and usability
- Hands-on with Microsoft Fluent UI
- Exposure to React or Angular component-based design
- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA standards
- Expert in Figma including wireframes prototypes and design systems
- Experience with usability testing A/B testing and user research
- Strong collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers
- Ability to work in fast-paced ambiguous environments
- Portfolio is mandatory
- Relevant ecommerce or payment UX experience only

Day to day
- Design engaging ecommerce and transactional experiences across web and mobile, with a strong focus on checkout and payment flows.
- Create wireframes prototypes and scalable design systems in Figma while collaborating closely with Product Managers Engineers and enterprise stakeholders.
- Conduct usability testing A/B testing and user research to improve conversion reduce errors and deliver accessible inclusive user experiences.
