Requirements
- 8+ years in UI/UX design development
- 5+ years in Human-Centered Design for enterprise or government applications
- Strong Agile SAFe delivery experience
- Expertise in usability testing methods including heuristic evaluations card sorting and A/B testing
- Proficiency with Figma Sketch Storybook Axure or Miro
- Strong React skills with functional components state and props
- Proficiency in HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript or TypeScript and responsive design
- Strong experience with Sass or CSS preprocessors
- Experience with Section 508 and WCAG compliance
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI Design or related field
- Experience with federal digital modernization or court and case management systems

Day to day
- Bridge UX research and engineering to turn high-fidelity prototypes into intuitive accessible front-end experiences
- Build responsive production-ready React components and reusable UI patterns for AWS-based applications
- Collaborate in Agile teams to improve usability accessibility consistency and design system reuse
- Evaluate interfaces against Section 508 WCAG and federal digital service standards while supporting rapid iteration and validation
