Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development with a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React
  • Strong knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and ability to implement accessible design solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex UI issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git, and experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment
  • Attention to detail and strong sense of aesthetics and design quality
  • Fluent in debugging with modern IDEs, preferably Visual Studio
  • Experienced in working with modern source control management systems, preferably Azure DevOps and Git
  • Experience deploying through CI/CD release pipelines platforms
  • Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within timelines and budgets with business acumen



What the job involves

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for Web-Friendly applications, ensuring they meet the needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with platform managers and business analysts to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback into UI/UX designs.
  • Customize and enhance Salesforce Health Cloud features to improve user experience and meet healthcare industry standards.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze user feedback and system performance to continuously enhance the user experience.
