Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React
- Strong knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and ability to implement accessible design solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex UI issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git, and experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment
- Attention to detail and strong sense of aesthetics and design quality
- Fluent in debugging with modern IDEs, preferably Visual Studio
- Experienced in working with modern source control management systems, preferably Azure DevOps and Git
- Experience deploying through CI/CD release pipelines platforms
- Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within timelines and budgets with business acumen
Day to day
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for Web-Friendly applications, ensuring they meet the needs of healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with platform managers and business analysts to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback into UI/UX designs.
- Customize and enhance Salesforce Health Cloud features to improve user experience and meet healthcare industry standards.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze user feedback and system performance to continuously enhance the user experience.
