Role
Who you are
- Strong understanding of HR Administration and Payroll processes
- Experience in the design and implementation of HR to Payroll and/or Time & Attendance system interfaces (not coding)
- Strong IT skills and knowledge of MS Office packages, specifically Excel
- Understanding of HR systems, such as Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP
- Very good business English
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally/divisionally with other staff
Desirables
- Experience in the design and implementation of HR to Payroll and/or Time & Attendance system interfaces
- Strong IT skills
- Knowledge of MS Office packages

What the job involves
- Design, document and implement core HR Administration, Time & Attendance, and Payroll related processes with a strong focus on defining and supporting the integration of our core HR system to our external providers (e.g. payroll and benefits vendors)
- Work closely with HR and IT colleagues in implementing these processes and integrations within and from the core HR system as well as contribute towards the change management of this implementation through your network of stakeholders
- Continually look for opportunities to improve; utilizing skills in HR process re-engineering to align to standards and best practices, and business change management, ensuring we remain an essential part of everyday life.
