Requirements
- Hands-on U.S. import compliance experience with fresh produce or perishables
- Deep familiarity with the U.S.-Mexico corridor and its produce gateways
- Strong HTS classification skills
- Working knowledge of FDA FSMA USDA APHIS PACA PGA requirements and USMCA
- Comfortable being client-facing and explaining compliance clearly to non-experts
- Spanish proficiency strongly preferred

Day to day
- Own compliance work that keeps perishable shipments moving across the U.S.-Mexico produce corridor
- Classify produce and perishable commodities and determine duties FTA eligibility and USMCA origin
- Coordinate agency and entry requirements while serving as a trusted client-facing subject matter expert
