Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, engineering, information systems, or electronics
  • Experience in sales engineering, consulting, or product management in customer service automation, contact center technology stack, WFM, QM, Speech Analytics, Speech Recognition, Virtual Agents, Voice Biometrics, and Conversational AI
  • Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Result-oriented personality with a customer-centric attitude
  • Participate in technical discussions with IT teams
  • Understand the requirements of the line of business
  • Deliver results with high quality within tight timelines
  • Resident in the USA, willing to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Fluency in English

What the job involves

  • Work closely with sales directors, channel sales managers, account managers, product managers, and project managers to help clients understand conversational analytics
  • Conduct product demos, technical presentations, scoping, leading POCs, and writing scope of work documents
  • Design solutions that address customer pain points and meet requirements
  • Participate in the solution delivery as the voice of the customer to central teams
  • Act as the liaison of central solution & professional services teams for on-site delivery
