Experience in sales engineering, consulting, or product management in customer service automation, contact center technology stack, WFM, QM, Speech Analytics, Speech Recognition, Virtual Agents, Voice Biometrics, and Conversational AI

What the job involves
Work closely with sales directors, channel sales managers, account managers, product managers, and project managers to help clients understand conversational analytics
Conduct product demos, technical presentations, scoping, leading POCs, and writing scope of work documents
Design solutions that address customer pain points and meet requirements
Participate in the solution delivery as the voice of the customer to central teams
Act as the liaison of central solution & professional services teams for on-site delivery
