Requirements

- Experience with user research interviews surveys and observations
- Experience designing user flows interaction patterns and user journeys
- Experience creating interactive prototypes
- Experience conducting usability testing with real users
- Experience collaborating with teams and reporting to a Project Manager
- Experience implementing an effective design vision
- Experience designing inclusive interactions that meet accessibility standards
- Minimum three years of experience serving a state department federal state local or public agency
- Bachelor's degree

Day to day
- Conduct user research through interviews surveys and observations to uncover user needs and behaviors
- Design user flows interaction patterns and user journeys that improve clarity usability and overall experience
