Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Design discipline
  • 3+ years work in UX for customer-facing applications and mobile design
  • Experience developing scalable design systems
  • Proficient in leading industry UX/UI prototyping and design tools
  • Proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • A design portfolio demonstrating UX process, creative thinking, and end-to-end scenarios
  • Familiarity with ADA WCAG 2.20 AA compliance guidelines
  • Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings
  • Detail driven, highly organized and able to manage concurrent projects
  • Experience collaborating with Product and IT teams
  • Agile mindset
  • Highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about UX/UI
  • Experience implementing and adhering to brand guidelines
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated
  • Empathetic and open to feedback

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP Hybris platform
  • Experience with Bloomreach CMS
  • Experience with Adobe XD
  • Experience in the Retail industry

Day to day

  • Designing and monitoring the user interface of MyBobs.com and customer-facing software
  • Developing digital experiences that are intuitive, user-friendly, and delightful
  • Collaborating with Product, Development, and cross-functional teams to optimize applications and enhance user experience
