Day to day
- Build ApprovalMax's research practice from zero and shape how product decisions are made through evidence-led insight.
- Run generative and evaluative studies with accountants bookkeepers and finance teams using interviews usability sessions surveys and behavioural data.
- Partner with Product Managers Customer Success and Support facilitate workshops and turn findings into clear recommendations that influence the roadmap.
