Day to day
- Plan and conduct qualitative user research such as interviews usability testing and contextual inquiry
- Collaborate with designers product managers and engineers to frame research questions and turn findings into actionable insights
- Recruit participants and manage research operations for faith-based and nonprofit-aligned audiences
- Communicate research insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and advocate for the user throughout product development
- Help shape the product roadmap by highlighting real user needs and behavioral trends
