Proven experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable recommendations

What the job involves
Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, analytics, and unmoderated studies to gather findings and insights
Partner with strategists, designers, product and engineering teams to understand business goals and user needs
Work closely with these cross-functional teams to formulate research plans and translate research findings into actionable recommendations
Synthesize research findings, insights, and recommendations that will guide product and design decisions
Share research reports and presentations with stakeholders and the wider organization
Contribute to the direction of strategic initiatives based on insights learned from research
Continuously monitor user feedback and update appropriate artifacts such as journey maps and personas
Champion the voice of the user throughout the company through cross-functional team collaboration, shared learning, and presentations
