Requirements
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience on web or digital product teams
- Strong portfolio showing end to end design thinking from wireframes to delivered experiences
- Proficiency in Figma Adobe Suite or equivalent design and prototyping tools
- Working knowledge of After Effects or animation tools is a plus
- Strong visual design typography and attention to detail
- Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with modern front end technologies and component libraries is a plus
- Ability to articulate design decisions clearly to technical and non technical stakeholders

Day to day
- Collaborate with strategists developers and stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences
- Design user journeys task flows personas and interaction models using data and behavioral insights
- Produce high fidelity mockups responsive layouts component libraries and interactive prototypes with modern design tools
- Participate in design critiques usability testing iterative refinement and inclusive accessibility focused design
