Requirements
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience on web or digital product teams
- Proven portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking from wireframes to delivered experiences
- Proficiency in Figma Adobe Suite or equivalent design and prototyping tools
- Working knowledge of After Effects is a plus
- Working knowledge of animation tools is a plus
- Strong visual design skills typography and attention to detail
- Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies is a plus
- Ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Day to day
