Day to day

  • Work in partnership with our Research, Design, and Product teams to conduct qualitative and quantitative research including usability studies, user interviews, surveys, etc.
  • Develop research plans and collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on research goals
  • Synthesize and analyze research findings to drive understanding of user behavior and insights
  • Communicate research findings to other researchers, product stakeholders, and designers
