- Experience with user interviews usability testing surveys or other research methods
- Ability to analyse findings and produce clear recommendations
- Experience testing websites digital services or online content
- Experience working with diverse users and accessibility needs
- Ability to communicate findings in a practical proportionate way
- Ability to help small teams make user centred decisions
- Reliable thoughtful collaborative and able to challenge assumptions constructively
