Who you are
- Design and conduct user research initiatives according to a brief
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand objectives and user-centric goals
- Maintain an awareness of industry trends and best practices in user research
- Advocate the value of user research through webinars, conferences, and articles
What the job involves
- Analyze and synthesize research findings to generate actionable insights for the team.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and help define user-centric goals for projects.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and other tools to communicate research findings and user insights effectively.
