Experience advising senior clients and stakeholders
Experience with analysis of energy consumption, energy rates, and lifecycle costs for business case analysis
Experience interpreting and implementing projects within or anticipating utility regulation
Knowledge of energy sector trends, including microgrids, renewables, electric vehicles, climate change solutions
Ability to lead discussions with senior leadership
Ability to manage schedule and workload for multiple projects
Ability to work with engineers and technical experts
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

What the job involves
Work with Project Development Leads to research, analyze, and develop utility and federal energy partnerships
Apply utility regulatory, economic, and market expertise along with general consulting skills to develop federal and utility energy project partnerships
Gain the ability to build an overall picture of clients' structure, daily operations, and desired outcomes
Use discussions and workshops with leadership, engineers, and analysts to collaboratively develop innovative energy projects with broad support
Lay out the path forward and expected results to internal and client leadership once you have a solid understanding of organizational improvements
