Requirements
- 5+ years of professional UX or product design experience in SaaS or complex workflow-driven products
- 1-2 years of managing or leading designers
- Strong portfolio showing user-centered design problem-solving and interaction design thinking
- Experience with modern and legacy design systems
- Proficiency with Figma and comfort using AI-assisted design workflows
- Ability to conduct user research usability testing and synthesize insights
- Strong understanding of UX principles interaction design information architecture and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication skills with designers engineers and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints across front-end frameworks
- Ability to work effectively in a remote mostly asynchronous environment
- Authorized to work in the United States

Day to day
- Define and lead the UX vision standards and design principles across multiple product areas
- Balance hands-on design work with mentoring and managing UX designers in a player-coach role
- Partner with product engineering and stakeholders to improve usability accessibility and consistency across modern and legacy interfaces
- Conduct user research usability testing and design documentation to support thoughtful scalable experiences
- Create wireframes prototypes user flows and high-fidelity designs for complex multi-persona workflows
