Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant UX design experience or equivalent
- Fluency in AI concepts including prompts agentic workflows model limitations and hallucinations
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma including design systems component libraries and advanced prototyping
- Proven ability to move fast and iterate under pressure while maintaining user-centered design
- Knowledge of fintech and loan origination workflows or ability to master complex financial processes quickly
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across design product and technical teams
- Hands-on approach with comfort in prototyping tools code and experimental workflows
Day to day
- Design AI-powered user experiences for fintech and loan origination workflows
- Create interactive agent systems that help users collaborate with AI to originate loans manage accounts and solve financial challenges
- Prototype rapidly test assumptions with users and refine agent behaviors based on feedback
- Partner closely with product engineering and AI teams to translate UX needs into practical design patterns
- Build reusable design systems and agentic UX standards that scale across products
