Requirements
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio focused on design systems and operational workflows in an enterprise environment
- Strong Figma skills including variables/tokens complex variants auto-layout and component libraries
- Experience using or piloting AI tools to optimise design work
- Familiarity with design system tooling such as Zeroheight Storybook or token translation tools
- Understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote global teams and engineering partners

Day to day
- Maintain and evolve the design system library with clear components, documentation, and guidelines to support efficient adoption.
- Optimise design tools, standardise templates, and streamline the workflow between UX and Engineering to reduce delivery friction.
- Explore and implement AI-driven tools across the design process to speed up prototyping, documentation, asset management, and everyday UX operations.
- Partner closely with developers to align design tokens and components with code repositories and address UX debt through audits and clean-up work.
