Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of experience as a UX/product designer with a strong portfolio of shipped products
  • Demonstrated ability to lead full application design and redesign projects end to end
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools
  • Experience with Figma is a plus
  • Front-end development skills using React and Tailwind CSS with the ability to produce production-ready code
  • Fluency with AI-assisted design and coding tools including Claude Design
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems
  • Strong grasp of user-centered design product thinking and business strategy
  • Understanding of ADA compliance and accessibility standards WCAG
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Day to day

  • Own the user experience from research through shipped front-end code for regulated healthcare products.
