Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end impact
  • Proven ability to own complex problem spaces and deliver high-quality solutions independently
  • Advanced skills in interaction design information architecture and visual communication
  • Experience working with design systems and component-based design
  • Proficiency in Figma or equivalent for design and prototyping
  • Hands-on experience using AI to accelerate design workflows
  • Solid understanding of user research methods and applying insights to design decisions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Day to day

  • Own and drive user experience across key product areas from early concept through delivery and iteration
  • Translate complex scientific workflows and data models into clear intuitive and scalable user experiences

  • Use research data and AI tools to inform decisions and evolve the design system across cross functional teams
