Requirements
- 3+ years of UX design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft and research-informed design process
- Hands-on comfort building in code including front-end work
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools for rapid prototyping and refinement
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards
- Experience in complex data-heavy product environments
- Outgoing and proactive communication style

- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Day to day
- Conduct customer and internal user research through interviews surveys and usability testing to uncover needs motivations and friction points that shape product direction
- Build functioning prototypes in code and use AI-assisted development tools to move quickly from user insight to a testable interactive result
- Collaborate closely with Technical Product Managers and engineers to align design prototypes with technical constraints product goals and business outcomes
- Define interaction patterns hierarchy and visual design in the medium customers will use then iterate based on testing while maintaining accessibility and quality
- Contribute to AI-powered product initiatives including Bill Capture tooling and the Watts AI agent experience
