Who you are

• Enthusiastic about working with customers to build and deliver the right solution that empowers them
• Can use Figma to create ideas for design work and are comfortable working with HTML & CSS to finesse the design details in code
• Love designing simple, intuitive and delightful user interfaces & care about design details
• Pragmatic when it comes to design choices and make objective design decisions, always advocating for the best possible user experience
• Experience shipping products and working in a continuous development environment

Desirables

• Experience working on technical applications or developer tools
• Experience working with hosted SaaS products

What the job involves

• Join our growing and experienced UX team, laser-focused on delighting our users, and always ready and available to support you
• Own & drive the full design process from discovery through to delivery: turning research insights into ideas, designing the workflows and UI for features and getting them shipped in product releases
• Partner with product managers to research and understand the jobs to be done for our customers
• Work closely with engineering teams to ship projects that help address customer needs
• Have ownership of design decisions in your work
