Requirements
- 3+ years experience in UX UI design
- Strong portfolio focused on design systems and operational workflows
- Mastery of Figma including variables tokens complex variants and auto-layout
- Experience using or piloting AI tools to optimise design work
- Familiarity with design system engineering tools such as Zeroheight Storybook or token translation tools
- Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards
- Ability to collaborate across remote global teams and align with engineering partners

Day to day
- Maintain and evolve a living design system with components documentation and guidelines to support consistent adoption across products.
- Optimise design operations by standardising templates improving workflows and reducing friction between UX and engineering.
- Explore test and implement AI-driven tools to accelerate prototyping documentation asset management and everyday design tasks.
- Partner closely with developers and global stakeholders to align tokens components and design decisions with code repositories and scalable enterprise needs.
- Lead UX audits and clean-up efforts to remove inconsistencies and improve the scalability usability and accessibility of the platform.
