Requirements
- 5+ years of UX design experience in enterprise or complex products

- Experience designing responsive web applications across desktop and mobile breakpoints
- Expert proficiency in Figma including design systems components and prototyping

- Experience or familiarity with user research and usability testing methods
- Comfort using AI tools as part of the design workflow

Day to day
- Design intuitive UX for digital loan and account applications in B2B enterprise and B2B2C financial products.
- Translate complex financial workflows into scalable user experiences that balance usability regulatory needs and business goals.
- Prototype test and refine responsive web experiences in Figma while collaborating closely with Product Engineering and stakeholders.
