Day to day

  • Design intuitive user-centered experiences for agent-facing workflows and tools
  • Create UX flows wireframes prototypes and interaction patterns for demos and product features
  • Lead website UX and visual design while producing marketing assets executive decks and conference materials
  • Own polished demo experiences and collaborate across product engineering and marketing to keep designs clear consistent and aligned
