Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX Designer Product Designer or Salesforce UX Designer
- Experience designing within Salesforce environments including Experience Cloud Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and customer journey mapping
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar
- Experience creating wireframes prototypes and interactive designs
Day to day
- Design intuitive user experiences across Salesforce platforms and custom applications
- Create wireframes prototypes user flows journey maps and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research usability testing and customer interviews to improve journeys
- Collaborate with Product Engineering and Salesforce teams to translate requirements into engaging experiences
- Analyse customer behaviour user feedback and platform data to inform design decisions
- Support optimisation of customer journeys self-service capabilities and digital engagement channels
