Remote UX Development Manager Job in UK Keyzo

What the job involves

• Lead manage and be accountable for the Development Team Developers QA and Technical Author
• Oversee all development project timelines ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business objectives
• Mentor and support team members in their professional growth and development
• Monitor and report on team performance and project progress to senior management
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends technologies and identify areas for improvement/training requirements
• Manage all UX/UI designs and prototypes for our product portfolio ensuring brand consistency and high class user interface
• Carry out discovery for tools features and/or policy changes
• Ensure our Developers are working to industry best practices and coding standards addressing any areas of concern as required
• Carry out Front End development for our product portfolio as required
• Assist with any other graphic design elements as needed such as online advertisements including social media graphics
• Help with writing specifications for new product features
• Maintenance of the company corporate website Keyzo.co.uk
• Carry out any other tasks or duties required by senior management as appropriate to the UX Development Manager role
