Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in visual design computer science HCI/Human Factors or similar; master's preferred
  • 6+ years of web design and/or usability experience with strong UI design design systems and brand standards knowledge
  • Expertise with Figma Miro Adobe CC and similar collaboration tools
  • Significant experience designing for native iOS Android and responsive web
  • Deep familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design standards
  • Expert knowledge of HTML JavaScript and CSS capabilities and limitations
  • Experience creating and managing component libraries foundational styles design tokens and interactive prototypes in Figma
  • Experience with digital accessibility standards
  • Strong communication organization and leadership skills
  • Deep familiarity with agile and scrum best practices
  • Robust portfolio of enterprise and consumer products

Day to day

  • Lead the design vision across digital channels and shape the NetJets visual language through a robust design system
  • Collaborate with product marketing technology and stakeholder teams to create accessible wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity components that improve the user experience
  • Advocate for the user through discovery validation and delivery while synthesizing research analytics and business needs into seamless luxury digital experiences
