Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance software engineering or UX testing
- Strong UX/UI sensitivity with experience validating web and mobile interfaces against high-fidelity designs
- Experience testing consumer-facing web apps mobile apps or integrated communication workflows
- Practical experience with cross-browser testing mobile device simulators and frontend debugging tools
- Experience using AI tools to improve test generation and script efficiency
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

Day to day
- Ensure patient- and provider-facing digital products deliver a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms.
- Validate UI layouts responsive behaviors typography and accessibility against design mockups and style guides.
- Develop and execute end-to-end test plans for complex workflows including scheduling check-ins and automated messaging.
- Investigate defects using logs browser consoles network tabs and error tools to determine root cause and prevent regressions.
- Collaborate with product design engineering and QA teams in Agile ceremonies to uphold strict quality standards.
