Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance software engineering or user experience testing
- Strong UX/UI sensitivity for web and mobile interfaces with attention to layout typography responsiveness and accessibility
- Experience testing consumer-facing web apps mobile apps or integrated communication workflows
- Practical experience with cross-browser testing suites mobile device simulators and frontend debugging tools
- Experience using AI tools to increase test generation speed and script efficiency
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies

Day to day
- Validate user interfaces and responsive layouts against high-fidelity mockups and style guides to catch design drift before release.
- Develop and execute end-to-end test plans and scripts for web and mobile experiences, covering usability, compatibility, and performance.
- Test complex patient and provider journeys across applications and messaging channels, then investigate defects through logs consoles network data and error tools.
