Requirements
- Currently enrolled in and pursuing a degree in human factors, psychology, communications, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience moderating and designing task-based usability studies and conducting in-depth contextual customer interviews and surveys
- Ability to lead stakeholder interviews, secondary research, and design-thinking workshops
- Experience with design research methods including research design, journey mapping, design workshops, insight distillation, storytelling, and developing principles and concepts aligned with an ideal customer journey
- Skilled in identifying customer, cultural, and competitive insights and writing research and creative briefs
- Experience with UX and technical aspects of eCommerce platforms
- Familiarity with various digital/mobile research tools, software, and equipment such as UserTesting, dScout, Miro

Day to day
- Conduct research related to various aspects of the Signet user experience
- Support and grow into leading both generative and evaluative user research and usability studies
- Develop research protocols, distill insights, and make recommendations with minimal supervision
- Support multiple projects from defining challenges to deriving insights and conducting usability testing
