Requirements
- 3+ years of UX Research experience
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a related field
- Ability to conduct interviews usability tests surveys ethnographic studies contextual inquiry and concept testing
- Ability to synthesize and present research findings in context
- Experience with human centered design including journey maps user personas and jobs to be done
- Ability to collaborate with Product Design and Development teams
- Ability to scope research initiatives with stakeholders
- Ability to leverage data and tie insights to analytics
- Experience working in a SAFE Agile environment and coordinating by sprints
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage vendor partner relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise and process

Day to day
- Plan and execute both qualitative and quantitative user research across the product lifecycle
- Analyze behavioral and attitudinal data to uncover pain points unmet needs and opportunities
