Requirements
- Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ with a Christ-like attitude

- Identify and manage project specifications, assignments, and deadlines
- Perform data collection and analysis, conduct focus groups, interviews, surveys, content analyses, statistical analyses
- Deliver concise, compelling research reports and presentations
- Utilize project management and consulting skills to keep projects on scope, budget, and schedule
- Identify and build relationships with user experience research firms
- Continually expand and refine UX research expertise
- Coach and provide expertise to other professionals and support staff

Day to day
- Leads large, complex research projects for various internal clients and departments
- Guides and leads junior team members in research tasks, maintaining timelines and quality standards
- Conducts research projects for multiple countries and oversees the work of other UX researchers
