• Identify and manage project specifications, assignments, and deadlines
• Perform data collection and analysis, conduct focus groups, interviews, surveys, content analyses, statistical analyses

• Utilize project management and consulting skills to keep projects on scope, budget, and schedule
• Identify and build relationships with user experience research firms
• Continually expand and refine UX research expertise
• Coach and provide expertise to other professionals and support staff
