Who you are
- Minimum 2 years of UX Research experience
- Proficient in various UX research methods and data analysis
- Strong analytical and communication skills are required
- Experience in developing research plans and strategies
- Degree in Psychology Behavioral Science or related field is advantageous but not required
- Experience in B2B Technology or Software sectors is a plus.

What the job involves
- Work closely with UX Designers and product teams to plan and conduct UX research activities
- Execute qualitative and quantitative user research to gather insights
- Synthesize research findings into actionable reports for wider team dissemination
- Contribute to strategic projects and tooling enhancements within the Research Team.
