Requirements
- 3–6+ years of UX Research or closely related experience working with Product and Design partners
- Experience conducting research for SaaS and or enterprise products with technically complex workflows
- Demonstrated experience leading full cycle qualitative research and quantitative research experience is a plus
- Ability to translate research into clear insights that influence product direction and trade offs
- Experience contributing to research operations such as participant management intake processes standards or knowledge management
- Ability to coach and support designers and PMs running lightweight research
- Clear confident communication with technical and non technical stakeholders
- Fluency in written and spoken English

Day to day
- Work across the Identity Security domain to build a deep shared understanding of users needs and pain points
- Partner closely with Product Management and Design to inform discovery reduce risk and represent user needs across a complex IAM ecosystem
- Lead research across discovery validation and iteration using the most appropriate methods for each decision
- Synthesize findings into clear strategic perspectives that influence product direction and trade offs
- Communicate insights through working sessions clear narratives and direct stakeholder engagement
- Support research operations participant management intake knowledge management and scalable research enablement
