Day to day

  • Builds and executes research on customer journeys using a mixed-methods approach
  • Designs and facilitates user feedback sessions working closely with strategists and designers
  • Leads various research activities including user interviews and usability testing
  • Advocates for human-centered design and influences internal stakeholders
  • Manages the user testing program to enhance product insights and feedback
  • Presents research findings clearly to inspire and drive action within teams
