Day to day

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs
  • Analyze data to generate insights that inform design decisions
  • Work closely with UX designers and stakeholders to integrate findings
  • Plan and execute usability tests for design solutions assessment
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products
  • Create research reports and journey maps to communicate findings
  • Mentor junior researchers and designers
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles
