Requirements

  • Conduct research for B2B SaaS products
  • 3+ years of experience conducting research in a product team working directly with customers
  • Maintain professionalism while conducting research and communicating with customers, prospects, and industry leaders/experts
  • Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, and know when to apply them
  • Experience with both moderated and unmoderated remote testing methodologies
  • Present research insights and recommendations clearly and confidently, regardless of audience
  • Think about the value of research in terms of product development and outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and hit deliverables and deadlines with limited oversight
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and chaos in a fast paced, high growth environment

Nice to have

  • Undergraduate degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, Cognitive Science
  • Experience with mixed-method research
  • Interest in national security
  • Inquisitive mindset, ready to learn about new concepts

Day to day

  • You will partner with UX Researchers, Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and the community to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for exploration
  • Collaborate on testing concepts during development and evaluating products and services post-launch
