3+ years of experience conducting research in a product team working directly with customers
Maintain professionalism while conducting research and communicating with customers, prospects, and industry leaders/experts
Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, and know when to apply them
Experience with both moderated and unmoderated remote testing methodologies
Present research insights and recommendations clearly and confidently, regardless of audience
Think about the value of research in terms of product development and outcomes
Ability to work independently and hit deliverables and deadlines with limited oversight
Ability to navigate ambiguity and chaos in a fast paced, high growth environment

Undergraduate degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, Cognitive Science
