What the job involves
Diving into user research to better understand user needs.
Guiding and supporting team members and colleagues in user-centered design practices.
Creating prototypes and designs for digital tools helping people in crises.
Being the voice of the user during design and development using tests and user feedback to improve designs.
Assessing accessibility concerns on existing services and working with stakeholders and developers to improve these services, as well as making sure that new services/products follow accessibility guidelines.
Working with stakeholders and product teams, ensuring that the user perspective is kept front and centre at every step of product development.
Contributing to the design and development of a design system and component library.
