What the job involves

• Interaction design: Focus on creating clear intuitive user flows that simplify complex interactions. You'll design interfaces that guide users effortlessly through the platform reducing friction and enhancing usability.
• User feedback integration: Regularly gather and analyze user feedback particularly from usability tests and surveys to identify pain points. Translate this feedback into design improvements that address real user needs.
• High-fidelity prototyping: Develop detailed prototypes that can be used for testing and by developers during implementation. You’ll work primarily with tools like Figma ensuring that every design is ready for seamless handoff to the development team.
• Responsive design: Ensure that the platform’s design is fully responsive delivering a consistent experience across mobile tablet and desktop devices.
• B2B and B2C alignment: Design solutions that cater to both B2B and B2C users understanding the different needs of each user group and balancing their requirements in the design process.
• Design system development: Help establish and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all parts of the platform from typography to components and interactions.
• Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with the founders a product manager and couple of developers participating in sprints and reviews to ensure your designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
