Requirements

Conduct user research including interviews
Construct user personas and user flow diagrams
Create wireframes prototypes and detailed UI mockups
Present UX concepts and designs to stakeholders
Collect and analyze user feedback and behavioral data
Collaborate with product managers and developers for feasibility and alignment
Document finalized designs for development QA and internal teams
Proven track record of designing digital products end-to-end
2-5 years of experience as a UX Designer or UX Strategist
Advanced proficiency in Figma including component libraries and prototyping
Deep understanding of UX principles interaction design and usability testing
Strong communication and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote cross-functional team

Day to day

Own the full UX process from research through delivery for web and mobile products
Translate user insights and business goals into intuitive experiences that reduce friction and improve usability
Collaborate closely with product managers developers stakeholders and customers to shape strategy iterate designs and document solutions for implementation
