Requirements
- 3 years of experience designing digital products
- Exposure to consumer-facing and mobile experiences
- Strong understanding of responsive design interaction design typography color and layout
- Experience with UX/UI design and clear communication of design rationale
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience creating user flows wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Basic knowledge of usability testing methods
- Awareness of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Some familiarity working with developers and Adobe Experience Manager
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable presenting work and collaborating with stakeholders

Day to day
- Contribute to UX/UI design across digital products from research and ideation through wireframes prototypes and developer hand-off

- Collaborate with designers developers content strategists and project managers to create practical cohesive design solutions and deliver high-quality work
