Who you are

  • 2-3 years of agency experience in UX/UI design
  • Strong understanding of web development
  • Strong understanding of digital accessibility
  • Strong understanding of user behaviour
  • Confident in sharing work and discussing concepts with others
  • Comfortable with quick-turnaround design fixes and large projects
  • Good communication skills over Slack and video calls
  • Good internet connection
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Right to work in the UK

What the job involves

  • Work on the design of new websites and existing client websites
  • Create a full set of high-fidelity design components using Figma
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to meet design solutions for organizational and end-user requirements
  • Participate in discussions about design and user experience with colleagues and clients
  • Contribute to prototyping and user testing
  • Ensure smooth and efficient design processes
  • Discuss the role of UX/UI in improving digital accessibility and sustainability.


Application process

  • Send us an online Application Form by Mon 7 October:Video presentation: If your application demonstrates strong design skills and suitability for the role, we’ll ask you to send us a 5- to 8-minute video. In this video, we'd like you to present the digital design that you're most proud of. (We'll provide you with more information about this in advance, and will allow plenty of time for you to put this together.)
  • Interview: If shortlisted, we'll invite you for a 1-hour interview – via video call – on Wed 23 or Thu 24 October. We'll talk in more detail about the role, and your experience, skills, and ambitions. (Interview questions will be shared with you in advance, so you'll have time to prepare.) There may be follow-up questions after the interview.
  • Design task: If the interview goes well, we may ask you to complete a short design-related task. This task will be related to the role, and designed to help us understand your approach to problem-solving.
