Application process
Send us an online Application Form by Mon 7 October:Video presentation: If your application demonstrates strong design skills and suitability for the role, we’ll ask you to send us a 5- to 8-minute video. In this video, we'd like you to present the digital design that you're most proud of. (We'll provide you with more information about this in advance, and will allow plenty of time for you to put this together.)
Interview: If shortlisted, we'll invite you for a 1-hour interview – via video call – on Wed 23 or Thu 24 October. We'll talk in more detail about the role, and your experience, skills, and ambitions. (Interview questions will be shared with you in advance, so you'll have time to prepare.) There may be follow-up questions after the interview.
Design task: If the interview goes well, we may ask you to complete a short design-related task. This task will be related to the role, and designed to help us understand your approach to problem-solving.
Hello, we’re Supercool – an approachable, experienced, and straight-talking team of problem-solvers. We combine design, technology and data to make life easier for arts and cultural organisations – and your audiences. Since 2004 we've been collaborating with ambitious, forward-thinking clients (from big music venues to intimate theatres, global touring companies to local festivals) on website, digital strategy and branding projects. Our in-house experience and know-how includes: digital brand development; user-centred, inclusive design; responsive web development; technical integration; ticketing and fundraising; data analysis; and strategic consultancy. A belief that art and culture is for everyone runs through all that we do, from the big picture to the finest detail.
