Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products
- Advanced proficiency with Figma including components variants auto layout prototyping and developer handoff specifications
- Strong end to end UX/UI design experience across responsive web and mobile platforms
- Expertise creating user flows wireframes prototypes interaction models and polished visual designs
- Experience working within and contributing to established design systems
- Understanding of accessibility fundamentals and WCAG compliance principles
- Experience collaborating within Agile product delivery teams
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX problem solving and UI design craftsmanship
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining high quality deliverables
- Excellent written communication skills across Teams Confluence and design collaboration tools
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to present and defend design recommendations
- Self directed mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively move work forward

Day to day
- Create user flows journey maps storyboards wireframes prototypes and high fidelity designs for intuitive user experiences
- Design and refine responsive web and mobile experiences using Figma and an established design system
- Translate business requirements user needs and technical constraints into effective design solutions
- Produce developer ready specifications interaction details annotations and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and present design concepts recommendations and rationale to stakeholders
